RFP: Group Employee Benefit Services Self-Insured TPA Services


Community Health Centers of AR, Inc. (CHCA) invites and welcomes proposals for Group Employee Benefit Services Self-Insured-TPA Services to cover the needs of its staff and primary care association members equal to or exceeding the existing coverage.

Initial contract term is one (1) year with the potential to be extended for an additional three (3) one-year periods for a maximum of four (4) years by agreement of both parties as specified by any written contract agreement.
