Community
Health Centers (CHCs) provide treatment through an interdisciplinary
team comprised of board certified / eligible physicians, nurses,
nurse practitioners, dentists, pharmacists, social workers,
health educators, other health professionals and/or para-professionals.
CHCs are rooted in and reflective of the communities
they serve and are dedicated to providing care in the languages
and cultures of these communities.
