Clark, Hempstead, Hot Spring, Lafayette, Ouachita, and Union
Counties. To provide services to all persons in need of
primary medical care, regardless of race, sex, age, religion,
national origin, ability to pay or source of payment for
care received. To work with other health care providers
and agencies in the service area to form an integrated system
for delivery of health care services.

entire family. Services include primary medical, dental,
mental health and preventive health services. Services may
vary at health center locations. A representative from each
health center location can provide additional information
regarding local services.

insurance including, but not limited to, AR BCBS, BlueCard
Program, Medicare, Medicaid, Health Advantage, Qualchoice,
Cigna, and HealthNet Federal. We also provide services to
patients who are uninsured based on a sliding fee scale.
