Community Health Centers of Arkansas to Celebrate National Rural Health Day

Community Health Centers of Arkansas will join the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH), the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH) and other state/national rural stakeholders in celebrating the first-ever National Rural Health Day on Thursday, November 17, 2011.

Approximately one million Arkansans, or about 40 percent, live in rural (non-metropolitan) areas in Arkansas.
