Meaningful Use Released
The Office of the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology (ONC) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) were released on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. You may also view the Meaningful Use full text here.
HIT Arkansas, the ONC-designated Regional Extension Center for Arkansas, will begin on-site visits in August with primary care providers. HIT Arkansas will review the details of how the Final Rule affects individual practices.
Health Data Management has provided a condensed analysis at “A First Look at Final MU Criteria.”
CHCA will be working with the state’s community health centers to assist providers and organizations in meeting Stage 1 requirements.
