The Community Health Centers of Arkansas, Inc., (CHCA), Arkansas Primary Care Association, provides information and resources to assist the public in improving access to comprehensive primary healthcare. Personal information, voluntarily provided by users who communicate with CHCA on-line, may be collected to respond to specific questions. Aggregate data collected to determine traffic patterns to the CHCA site is used for internal review. CHCA does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share personal information outside CHCA organizational membership.
