CHCA is working cooperatively with the UAMS
Rural Hospital program to implement SUCCESs (Students Utilizing
Community Centered Education Systems). SUCCESs is both a web
based and individualized educational training program specifically
designed to educate community selected individuals to fill
the community health clinic or rural hospital position openings.
Such health careers included in SUCCESs are nursing, medical
records, and laboratory technicians. SUCCESs is a Workforce
Development Program that is designed to help retain community
members within own communities while enhancing the health
careers of those community/employer selected and pre-qualified
individuals.
