CHCA has a Practice Improvement Specialist available to provide technical assistance, consultation, individual and group training in many areas including billing/collections, facility/equipment, financial management, front office, human resources, and operations. The purpose of the practice improvement is to enhance the following areas of the medical setting: Clinic operation effectiveness; operational systems efficiency; resource, services and facility; revenue, and staff retention. These services are available to members and nonmembers.
