CHCA, on behalf of the 10 Federally Qualified
Health Centers, negotiates contracts and memorandums of agreement
with various funding sources, organizations, and partners.
CHCA provides technical assistance to its membership to support
their meeting the terms, conditions, functions, and responsibilities
of each of the agreements, as well as provides, technical
assistance to the CHCs in support of quality improvement activities,
practice management, and systems development, implementation,
and evaluations. CHCA provision of technical assistance is
to help strengthen the existing health centers and to help
improve the quality of services provided. CHCs improve access
to quality primary care and preventive services. CHCA technical
