Community Health Centers of Arkansas, Inc., provides technical assistance, community and patient education materials, and resources to the Community Health Centers to help strengthen systems of service delivery in the provision of primary medical, dental, mental health, preventive health services, and patient self-management programs. CHCA conducts workforce development training needs assessment surveys; prioritizes those CHC workforce training needs and provides, or makes arrangements for, consultants to provide the needed workforce training needs. CHCA provides technical assistance to CHCs for improving staff retention strategies. Activities are described in greater detail located "In This Section" to the right of page.
