About the Facilitator
Rachel Odom is a registered nurse and public health professional with extensive experience in immunizations, program operations, and health informatics. She has worked for the Arkansas Department of Health for more than 2 decades, where her roles have included Immunization Information System (IIS) coordination as well as coordinating immunization programs and policies.
During the pandemic response, she supported provider enrollment processes, developed program instructions and trainings, and maintained reporting tools and REDCap projects. She earned an associate degree in nursing from Southern Arkansas University in 1997 and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2022.
